Residents of Temporary Housing in Tondo Manila welcomed with great delight comebacking city mayor Lito Atienza. They vowed to fully support his candidacy, saying they believe in his competence and capability to improve the quality of life of the Manilans, especially the poor. At the same time, they complained to him about the neglect and abuse they have been experiencing under the present administration of Mayor Alfredo Lim.
